At Casa Iguana, the dogs are the security system. They bark whenever anyone approaches the hotel. They are a happy lot and work for fish, rice, and pats on the head. The nicest thing about these dogs is that they are free to run as a pack within the perimeter of the Hotel grounds. Because of this they are reasonably well-adjusted compared to the traditional family pet, which spends much of its life inside and alone.
