Determined to lose the weight we put on after moving back to the States last year, Bob and I decided to take drastic action. We stopped eating so much and started getting more exercise. No more heavy breakfasts or big dinners. We’re hiking, playing Frisbee and I’m walking 30 miles a week.
Amazingly, it worked! No carbophobic calorie counting required. I’m proud to report we both reached milestones last week. We saw numbers on the scale we haven’t seen since the Fall. And next week, if I continue heading in the same direction, I should be able to say I’ve lost more weight than I have yet to lose.
